Ordering
1. All items are based on first come first served basis.
2. To place an order, kindly fill up all the fields required in the order form provided. Alternatively, you may send your orders to roseberrychic@gmail.com
3. We will attend to orders by the order forms first.
4. Please note that once your order form is sent, it is then considered as a confirmed order.
5. Incompleted forms will be voided immediately.
6. All prices quoted are not inclusive of postage and are in SGD.
7. RoseberryChic reserves the right to release your items if no payment nor replies were made during the given time frame.
8. By confirming your order with RoseberryChic indicates that you have agreed to all terms stated.
Delivery
1. All prices quoted are not inclusive of postage.
- Normal Postage Charges: S$1.50
- Registered Postage Charges: S$3.50
2. For every subsequent item, it will be an additional of S$0.50.
3. Items are posted out daily.
4. Please note that for your parcel to be mailed out the next working day, payment must be in before 5.00pm.
5. We will not be liable for any lost/damaged goods during the process of shipment. All goods will be checked of perfect condition before shipping.
Payment Details
1. All payment to be made to POSB SAVINGS 112-34988-0
2. Do not proceed for payment without receiving our invoice.
3. Those who've confirmed and back out will be blacklisted and barred from future purchases.
Exchange Policy
1. Please note that exchanges are only available on a case-by-case basis.
2. In the event that the item you originally purchased has sold out, a refund will be made.
